Thick Dual Wall Heat Shrink Tubing

The AEH thick wall product has been developed for submersible, direct-buried and URD applications. AEH thick wall cable sleeves provide a superior combination of mechanical protection, corrosion-resistance and operating reliability for insulating and sealing connections in low voltage power cables. Fabricated from cross-linked polyolefin, AEH sleeves are flexible, highly split-resistant and fast shrinking to provide rapid installation.

Sealant-lined AEH meets the requirements for MIL-I-23053/15, Class 1, as well as ANSI C-119.1 for sealed, insulated underground connector systems rated at 600 volts and the Western Underground Committee Guide 2.5 for submersible, low voltage connector systems. It also meets REA requirements for secondary tap or submersible splice cover applications. Sleeves are supplied with factory applied sealant. The standard color is black.
